Brave Monday: Blog Talk Live

This is a step forward.

In the last 30 days, the blog has had 49,000 views across Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.
I'm not a numbers person, not really.
And we're honestly a little shocked.
But numbers don't change what matters — it's always about one person at a time, one conversation, one moment of honesty.

So on Tuesday, November 11th at 7:00 PM (Norwegian time), we're going live on Instagram for the first time.
We'll be talking about the writing and honesty behind our blogs on ristgruppen.com — what we're trying to understand, where we've been, and where we're going.

Then on Thursday at 7:00 PM, we'll have the same conversation in Norwegian.

We have no experience doing this.
We're not experts in anything.
We're just two people who care deeply about these questions and this work.
We are learning. And we hope we can grow together with whoever chooses to join us.

I don't know how many will watch.
Maybe many. Maybe only a few.
But the point is not numbers.

The point is to show up.
To speak.
To build something real.

If you've felt alone with your thoughts lately — come.
If you're trying to change your life — come.
If you just want to listen quietly — also come.

You don't need to "be ready."
You just need to be there.
