BRAVE MONDAY — Stay with Today

As the year draws to a close and Christmas comes closer, many
people feel something tightening inside them.
Not hope.
Pressure.
Pressure to explain the year.
Pressure to justify where they
are.
Pressure to feel something they don't feel.
This is the time of year when the noise outside grows louder,
and
the silence inside becomes harder to sit with.
So let's say something honest.
You don't need to fix your life right now.
You don't need
clarity.
You don't need a breakthrough.
And you don't need
to become a better version of yourself before the year ends.
You just need to stay with today.
Today is heavy enough on its own.
Today is real.
Today
doesn't ask you to be optimistic — only present.
Staying with today might mean:
not walking away from yourself
not numbing what hurts
not pretending you're fine
not making things worse
That is not weakness.
That is endurance.
This is our last full week on ristgruppen.com
before we take a short pause until the new year.
And we want to
say this plainly:
The response has been overwhelming.
Not because of numbers or reach,
but because people recognised
themselves in the words.
If even one person felt less alone,
felt
understood instead of judged,
or chose to stay one more day —
then this has been more than enough for us.
Christmas doesn't require answers.
It requires presence.
So today, don't fix anything.
Don't explain yourself.
Don't
measure your worth.
Just stay with today.
That is brave enough.
Best wishes,
Raymond and Ken
