Brave Monday – Stop Waiting to Feel Ready

Most people aren't stuck because they're weak.
They're
stuck because they're waiting.
Waiting to feel confident.
Waiting to feel less afraid.
Waiting
for a signal that never comes.
Readiness is not a feeling.
It's a result.
If you wait to feel ready, fear stays in control. Fear always sounds reasonable. It tells you to be patient, to gather more insight, to wait until you're sure. What it really wants is delay.
Waiting doesn't protect you.
It trains you to avoid.
Courage doesn't come before action.
It comes from it.
Every real change starts while something in you is still shaking. The people who move forward aren't fearless — they've just stopped negotiating with hesitation.
You don't need confidence.
You need a decision.
This week, do one thing without the emotional permission slip. Say it. Start it. Step into it. Not perfectly. Just deliberately.
Readiness follows action.
Stop waiting.
Look after yourself —
and face the wolf.
Best wishes,
Raymond and Ken
