Brave Monday — Surprising Days

We've been learning something lately: when we choose to be brave, the results rarely look the way we expect. Last week we went live on Instagram — Tuesday in English, Thursday in Norwegian. We didn't know if anyone would show up. Two joined the first live, six joined the second. Honestly, we were just grateful that someone was there.
But then Raymond — who is the one of us who actually follows the numbers — told us something surprising. When the live ended, people kept watching. Forty-five viewed the English replay. Nineteen watched the Norwegian one. And then Facebook suddenly exploded. Two simple posts reached more than 4,500 people on Thursday alone. According to Raymond, more than 52,000 people have seen something we've shared across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Bing in the last thirty days.
The truth is, we try not to chase numbers. We prefer to write, to speak honestly, to help one person at a time. But this week reminded us of something important: when we focus on the message instead of the metrics, the message begins to move on its own. People share it. The platforms pick it up. And the reach grows without us pushing it.
This month we're focusing on anxiety — how it quietly shapes our days, how it steals our confidence, and how we can face it together with honesty and courage. That's the heart of what we're doing.
So we'll keep going. We're going live again this week — Tuesday at 19:00 in English, and Thursday at 19:00 in Norwegian. Not because of the numbers, but because we believe someone out there needs to hear something true. That's what a Brave Monday is all about: showing up, speaking honestly, and trusting that courage has a way of finding the people who need it most.
