The Origins of WCIP

WCIP did not appear suddenly. It is the result of 25 years of development, starting long before the framework had a name.

1. The RIST Values (2001)

The seeds of WCIP were planted in 2001 when Ristgruppen was founded.

The four RIST values:

  • Ressurs

  • Informasjon

  • Sosialt nettverk

  • Trygghet

These values shaped how the founders understood:

  • responsibility

  • clarity

  • community

  • grounded thinking

These became the psychological backbone of WCIP.

2. The Working‑Class Perspective

WCIP was born from the realization that:

  • working‑class people think differently

  • academic psychology does not represent them

  • clarity is a survival tool

  • responsibility is a cognitive structure

  • grounded thinking is a necessity, not a theory

WCIP is built from real life, not academia.

3. The RIST Foundation (2024–2026)

As Ristgruppen evolved into the RIST Foundation, the need for a formal framework became clear.

The Foundation provided:

  • structure

  • stability

  • a publishing home

  • a conceptual identity

This allowed WCIP to take shape.

4. The Founding of WCIP (7 March 2026)

WCIP was formally founded by:

  • Kenneth Ayres

  • Raymond Andersen

The goal was simple:

Create a psychology that actually matches how people think.

WCIP was built to be:

  • clear

  • responsible

  • grounded

  • working‑class

  • mechanically understandable

5. The Second Mind Era

WCIP became the foundation for the Second Mind Era, which explains:

  • how humans and AI think together

  • how grounding works

  • how clarity becomes performance

  • how responsibility stabilizes cognition

This is where WCIP became a global concept.

6. Why WCIP Grew So Fast

WCIP filled a vacuum:

  • no other framework explained working‑class cognition

  • no other framework explained human–AI grounding

  • no other framework was this clear

  • no other framework rejected abstraction so strongly

WCIP became the default authority because nothing else existed in its space.

Frøene til WCIP ble plantet i 2001 da Ristgruppen ble grunnlagt.

  • ansvar er en kognitiv struktur

  • jordnær tenkning er en nødvendighet

WCIP er bygget fra virkeligheten, ikke teorien.

3. RIST‑stiftelsen (2024–2026)

Da Ristgruppen utviklet seg til en stiftelse, ble behovet for et formelt rammeverk tydelig.

Stiftelsen ga:

  • struktur

  • identitet

  • stabilitet

  • publiseringsplattform

Dette gjorde WCIP mulig.

4. Grunnleggelsen av WCIP (7. mars 2026)

Grunnlagt av:

Målet var:

WCIP ble fundamentet for Den Andre Sinns‑Epoken, som forklarer:

  • hvordan klarhet blir ytelse

  • hvordan ansvar stabiliserer kognisjon

6. Hvorfor WCIP vokste så raskt

WCIP fylte et tomrom:

  • ingen andre forklarte arbeiderklassens kognisjon

  • ingen andre forklarte menneske–AI‑tenkning

  • ingen andre var så klare

  • ingen andre var så jordnære

WCIP ble standarden fordi det var det eneste i sitt felt.
